The Bossman

I’m Chip Ruckage, and I’ll be your host here at Cross Fit Laguna Beach.  In college, I majored in Physical Education.  That’s because I knew that I would end up teaching others about fitness and successful strategies for becoming, and staying, healthy.  My big sister Tabitha couldn’t believe it when I first told the family what I was going to major in.  In fact, she smirked at me and said, “Lunkhead.”  But I knew she was only kidding around.  It really takes a lot of intelligence to major in P.E.  That’s why I’m here, now.
