		<description>I really love the arguments about whether muscle mass burns calories at rest or not, so many different people have ideas on the subject, I think that it&#039;s one of those things that your either for or against :) From my own personal experience I&#039;m edging towards the possible camp. I&#039;ve always wanted to try Zumba, but i don&#039;t think that my Doctors would be happy with that. I agree with moving at your own pace and not rushing things, I&#039;ve noticed that you tend to hurt when you do that. The great thing about taking a gradual loss to fitness and weight loss is that  you can make surprising, sustainable progress.</description>
