Quick Full Body Workout
Most people who do not regularly workout have some kind of excuse as to why. The number one excuse from these people is that they do not have enough time to get in a workout. Certainly that is not the truth at all. If you have ever used this as your excuse for not making it to the gym or taking twenty minutes to get in a quick workout, then I want you to think about all the minutes you have spent on Facebook or Pinterest in the last week. All those minutes combined would probably be enough for you to have gotten in some great workouts.
So now that time is no longer a factor (right?) you should probably get to working out. But what workout is the best for you? Maybe you want a full body workout that will not take up too much of your time. If that’s the case, then see the image below for a great full body workout. You can even do it in your own home with the appropriate tools.
And remember for the best results, perform the workout three or four times a week and do at least twenty minutes of cardio each day. You will be glad you took that time you didn’t know you had to work on your body.
