Then, let’s not forget the very recent success story of Charles Barkley who has led the charge to make weight loss seem “manly,” for men. Weight Watchers meetings, however, are not for everyone. First you need to know how many Weight Watchers points you can have each day. These are supposed to be used in conjunction with the 49 weekly points you get that can be “spent” in any way you choose. Points are simple numbers developed by Weight Watchers, and they stand for various combinations of fat, protein, carbohydrate, and fiber. For many people, this is much easier than calorie counting.
